Terms and Conditions for CoLKLD Memberships

Welcome to CoLKLD. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our office space, amenities, services, and any associated digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By signing up for a membership, booking space, or using CoLKLD facilities, you ("Member", “You”, or “User”) agree to the following:
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and placing an order with CoLKLD, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in this Agreement. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and CoLKLD.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
You must hold all necessary licenses and insurances required for your professional practice (if applicable).
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Memberships are offered in tiered levels (Flex, Grow, Thrive) with monthly billing. Details of included hours, access times, and pricing are available on our website and/or your Membership Agreement.
Monthly charges will be billed automatically to the payment method on file unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual professional use unless otherwise stated.
USE OF SPACE/ SERVICES
Members must:
Use the space for lawful, professional purposes only.
Keep the space clean and leave it as found.
Respect other members’ privacy and quiet working environments.
Not exceed booked time without prior approval (extra time will be billed in 30-minute increments).
Not host group events, therapy groups, or workshops without prior written consent.
Pets and emotional support animals (ESA) are not allowed on the premises.
CoLKLD reserves the right to revoke access for behavior that is disrespectful, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise disruptive.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
Room reservations must be made through our official booking platform.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited hours or additional fees.
Hours included in membership tiers do not roll over month to month unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Members will be granted a digital code to the facility during designated business or member-specific hours.
Members are responsible for securing the premises if they are the last to leave (as outlined in the Membership Agreement).
Members shall not share digital codes with non-members. Unauthorized guests are prohibited.
LIABILITY WAIVER
CoLKLD is not responsible for personal belongings, client property, or any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the space.
Members are responsible for any damages caused to the facility beyond normal wear and tear.
INSURANCE AND LICENSING
All renters and members must maintain appropriate liability insurance (e.g., professional liability for therapists, general liability for business owners) and provide proof upon request.
It is the responsibility of the member to remain in compliance with all city, state, and federal licensing or operational requirements.
All members must list “CoLKLD” and “Liatris Group” as additional insured on professional liability policies.
TECHNOLOGY & WI-FI USE
Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and should not be used for illegal downloads, hacking, or high-bandwidth streaming not related to business use.
CoLKLD does not guarantee uninterrupted internet access and is not liable for losses due to connectivity issues.
Members will have access to a member-specific network equipped with a firewall for enhanced security. Clients of members will have access to a separate “Guest” network.
A network map will be available upon written request.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Members who provide direct services to clients (e.g., therapists, attorneys, health professionals) must comply with HIPAA and/or relevant confidentiality laws.
Members must not record audio or video of other members or clients in shared spaces.
TERMINATION
CoLKLD reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership or access to services at any time for violations of this agreement or any other policies.
Members may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
MODIFICATIONS
CoLKLD reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the space after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polk County, Florida.
